In order to complete your application, we need the following documents by the January 29, 2027 Due Date:
Copy of Driver’s License
Official High School Transcripts, if in high school a current transcript is acceptable.
If GED, we need a copy of the scores
Copy of birth certificate (this document can be submitted later in the process)
If a veteran, copy of DD214 is required. (this document can be submitted later in the process)
